Services. Fredy Handyman provides Carpentry Service, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Siding Repair, Retaining Wall Installation, Light Fixture Installation, Drywall Repair and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Fredy Handyman or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Fredy Handyman does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Fredy Handyman arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Fredy Handyman against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
